About Us

1. To return a product please visits the nearest branch to you, invoice and order number must be seen by the sales man in the shop
2. Product must be in its original condition new and still covered with it plastic package
3. Return within 7 days from the purchase date
4. Purchases that was done during any offers or sales cannot be returned or exchange 
5. Invoice must be seen and given to the sales man in charge in the shop
6. Shipping fees cannot be returned
7. If order has been ordered as cash on delivery(COD) or by card customer may  replace his order in the nearest branch  with a similar price  or high higher price or lower price  products.
8.1. different in balance will be paid by customer to the sales man in branch if product was exchanged  with higher price product
8.2.Or balance will be added to the customer account card in the shop if product was exchange with lower  price product 
9.If order has been ordered as cash on delivery(COD)or by card customer may return the order or return a part of it in the nearest branch  and amount will be returned to you in your own account card  in the shop system 
10 Incase of refund  product that is purchased by a card the balance will be added to the customers account card in the shop after deducting 2.5% from the total invoice amount(exclude delivery fees)
11.Costomer may use his balance in his account card any time later
12. Sahar Al Sharq Perfumes has the right to not accept the returned or exchanged product if any condition from the above was not applied.
