Replace Policy

About Us

1. To replace a product please visits the nearest branch to you, invoice and order number must be seen by the sales man in the shop
2. Product must be in its original condition new and still covered with it plastic package
3. Refund is available for orders from UAE only.
4. Purchases that was done during any offers or sales cannot be exchange 
5. Invoice must be seen and given to the sales man in charge in the shop
6.t in the event of a product replacement from a client residing outside of the UAE, the client will be responsible for covering the delivery fees from their location back to the UAE. Additionally, the client will also be responsible for the delivery fees from the UAE to their respective country.
7. Shipping fees cannot be refunded
8. If order has been ordered as cash on delivery(COD) or by card customer may  replace his order in the nearest branch  with a similar price  or high higher price
9 different in balance will be paid by customer to the sales man in branch if product was exchanged  with higher price product
10. Sahar Al Sharq Perfumes has the right to not accept the exchanged product if any condition from the above was not applied.

Cancellation Policy

11. Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

12. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
13. Refund is not available for orders from outside UAE .
